Shipping Policy

At Docura Baby Care, we dispatch all orders via courier from our warehouse located in Bhuj, Gujarat, India

Orders are processed and dispatched from Monday to Saturday, except for public holidays, between the hours of 10 AM and 6 PM.

Certain courier partners may require an OTP to complete the delivery process. You will need to provide this code to the delivery partner upon receipt of the order. An OTP will be sent to the phone number you provided during the purchase. Docura Baby Care holds no responsibility for any damage post-delivery. The orders arrive within a timely 2 to 7 business days.

Cancellation Policy:

Cancellation before shipment:

Should you wish to cancel an order prior to it being shipped, kindly contact us at support@docura.in or call us at 8980300888. Prepaid orders that haven't been shipped will be refunded in the form of a credit note within 4-5 business days from the date the credit note request is processed.

Cancellation after shipment:

Once the order has been dispatched and assigned to a delivery partner, cancellation is not possible. We uphold a no-refund policy. Docura Baby Care will not provide a refund once the product is delivered.
