The prices of our products displayed on our website are currently denominated in Indian Rupees and are subject to change without prior notice.

Our goal is to ensure complete customer satisfaction and an enjoyable shopping experience. However, there might be instances where you are not entirely content with your purchase. We are more than willing to either provide a full reimbursement or exchange the product(s) based on the given conditions. Each item can only be exchanged once.

Conditions for product exchange or refund are as follows:

  1. If the product is received in a physically damaged condition.
  2. If the product is received past its expiry date.
  3. If the product is received with missing parts or accessories.
  4. If the product is lost during transit.

Once the damaged or expired product is received and thoroughly examined at our facility, in accordance with your preference, we will either dispatch a new product in exchange or initiate a refund to your original payment method within 7-15 business days. Return or exchange requests are contingent upon an inspection and are entirely at the discretion of DASH EVERAL. Damages resulting from neglect, improper usage, or incorrect application are not covered under our Refund and Return Policy.

Please be advised that we cannot accept exchanges or returns for any products that have been opened or used after delivery. Any damage occurring post-delivery is not our responsibility.
