2. How can I modify my order?

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we cannot accommodate any modifications. If you wish to make changes, we advise canceling the existing order and creating a new one. If the order hasn't been shipped yet, cancellation may be an option; however, if it has already been dispatched, you can refuse delivery and receive a refund if the order has already been paid for.

To initiate the return process, kindly go into the order history in the profile section, from that section, you can initiate a return by clicking on the return button, and return shipment process will be initiated, and a delivery person will come to pick the order back.

5 When will I get my refund?

After the refund process begins, it typically takes 5-7 business days from the processing date, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays. Typically, refunds are credited sooner, often within 2 days. If any problems arise, please consider initiating a chargeback request with your bank's customer service team. Best Extra virgin coconut oil I have found

I didn't know about Docura till my Doctor suggested me to use Docura Extra Virgin Coconut oil for massaging my baby. The bottle is very unique as it is "twist and use". No need to open the bottle cap, just twist the cap and pour oil. There is lot less mess due to this unique feature. And the oil is perfect for my baby massage.
