Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we cannot accommodate any modifications. If you wish to make changes, we advise canceling the existing order and creating a new one. If the order hasn't been shipped yet, cancellation may be an option; however, if it has already been dispatched, you can refuse delivery and receive a refund if the order has already been paid for.

5 When will I get my refund?

Typically, refunds are credited sooner, often within 2 days. If any problems arise, please consider initiating a chargeback request with your bank's customer service team.
