To register yourself, click on the profile icon on the top right side of the website. Click on create account and add your First name, Last name, Email id and password, you can fill in all the required details. Your profile is ready!

Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we cannot accommodate any modifications. If you wish to make changes, we advise canceling the existing order and creating a new one. If the order hasn't been shipped yet, cancellation may be an option; however, if it has already been dispatched, you can refuse delivery and receive a refund if the order has already been paid for.

In what situations am I eligible to return or exchange my item?

• - If the incorrect product was delivered.
• - If an expired product was delivered.
• - If the product was delivered damaged, either physically or with tampered packaging.
• - If the order is incomplete and certain products are missing.

Under what circumstances will requests for return or replacement not be accepted?

• - Products that have been opened, used, or altered.
• - Missing original packaging such as mono cartons, labels, etc.
• - Requests for return or replacement made more than 7 days after the delivery date.
• -Reports of damaged or missing products submitted more than 2 days after the delivery date.

If there are issues with damaged, defective, or incomplete orders, kindly provide images of the delivered product along with the shipping label and contact us. For quality-related problems, please share images of the delivered product, batch ID, affected area images, and contact us through our support page or chat.

To initiate the return process, kindly go into the order history in the profile section, from that section, you can initiate a return by clicking on the return button, and return shipment process will be initiated, and a delivery person will come to pick the order back.

After the refund process begins, it typically takes 5-7 business days from the processing date, excluding Saturdays, Sundays, and national holidays. Typically, refunds are credited sooner, often within 2 days. If any problems arise, please consider initiating a chargeback request with your bank's customer service team. To do so, you'll need to complete and submit a form to the issuing bank. This form requires transaction details and the reason for requesting the chargeback.
